is from February to June.

in intertidal areas.
Characteristics

are non-adhesive, demersal, 0.7 - 0.85 mm in diameter with
many oil globules.

of Babies at Hatching: Babies hatch
at 2.7 - 3.8 mm in length.
Early Movements of ARROW GOBY Babies: Baby
ARROW GOBIES hatch and move from the shallow bottom
singly and later move in groups in the
open waters of the harbour. Baby and juvenile
ARROW GOBIES were captured on the 4th of
July in numbers from 1 to 21 individuals in 6 min. tows in
collections in Ucluelet Inlet
and only in one 6 min. tow in Tofino Inlet
(Ref. 18). They were never collected in Barkley Sound. |
